Binaryx rental income
Once a property’s rent start date has been reached, its token holders accrue a proportional share of rental income each day. On Binaryx, accrued rent can be claimed at any time through “Claim All”, which transfers it to the investor’s wallet in USDT. There is no minimum rental-income withdrawal.
Where the income comes from
Tenants pay rent on the underlying property. A professional management company handles tenant placement, rent collection, and property maintenance. Rent remaining after management and platform fees is allocated according to each investor’s share of the property’s tokens.
The management company runs the rental operation, while the investor controls when to claim accrued income. Claiming rent leaves the property-token holding in place. Selling that holding produces separate sale proceeds and requires an executed token sale.
Claiming accrued rent in USDT
- Find the property’s rent start date on its page, under “Property Roadmap” or “Project Timeline”. This date determines when daily rental accrual begins.
- Open “Portfolio” and locate “Total Rent Balance” to review rental earnings across the properties that you hold.
- Select “Claim All” to claim the available accrued rent to your wallet in USDT.
The no-minimum rule applies to the rental-income claim. Sending the received USDT from the wallet to an external cryptocurrency wallet is a separate transfer.
Construction choices that affect rental income
For construction holdings, the documented “Strategy Selection” period lasts 30 days. Investors can choose or change their allocation during that period; changes are no longer allowed after its deadline. “Hold & Earn” applies automatically if no strategy is selected.

The choices govern whether tokens are retained for rent or offered for sale after construction. Rental accrual remains tied to the property’s rent start date. While a completed property’s tokens await sale, income can come from tenants or an applicable management-company rental guarantee.
| Construction-token choice | Rental-income treatment | Sale condition |
|---|---|---|
| Hold & Earn | Retained tokens earn rental income in proportion to the holding. | In this construction-strategy flow, P2P resale becomes available only after the property is fully sold on the marketplace. |
| Standard Sale | Listed tokens continue earning rent until sold. | Tokens are offered at face value. The standard pool sells after the priority pool has been fully bought. |
| Priority Sale | Queued tokens continue earning rent until sold. | The priority pool sells before the standard pool, with a 5% sales fee. A purchase is still required to complete a sale. |
| Combined Strategy | Retained tokens remain allocated to rent; tokens assigned for sale continue earning rent until sold. | Each allocation follows its selected hold or sale conditions, including the 5% fee on priority sales. |
| Executed construction-token sales produce USDT proceeds claimed with “Claim all returns”. Rental income uses the separate “Claim All” control. | ||
